  • Custom pricing and packages are subject to written agreements.

3. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
Clients may cancel projects with prior written notice. However, charges may apply for work already completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project details, requirements, and timely feedback.

  • Ensure that content or materials provided do not infringe any third-party rights.

  • Cooperate throughout the project to meet agreed deadlines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of original design, code, or marketing material developed for you is transferred to you.

  • Marketenzo reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All project-related information will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business or data to any third party without your permission, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marketenzo will not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of data, business, or profits as a result of using our services.

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).

  • Issues caused by client-side changes or interference post-delivery.
